2. Let it be with different people each time (friends, family, colleague, the shopkeeper, etc.)Do this every single day or as often as possible. You’ll be surprised of what comes along after that. Remember the saying “When the student is ready, the teacher will arrive”?

I think you got REALLY really lucky with a nanny, I have no little kids but my kitchen could use a detox too!!
