That’s funny I was just thinking of positive visualization (actually I was having a pity party and told myself to snap out of it) when I was going back to sleep this morning. Hubby had to get up @ 5 am. Anyway I’m in a much better mood now. And good things happen to people in good moods and if bad things happen it’s not so bad anyway! But bad things won’t happen, no no no.

Great list, I’ll take a minute, or a moment is more accurate, through the day and then if I catch myself getting negative while I go to sleep that is a GREAT time for me to visualize and leads to more pleasant dreams I think?

I think you need to visualize a nice big fat check for yourself and me weighing say 115, I won’t get greedy, of course I haven’t weighed that since 1992 and maybe once in 2001 for like 2 days.
Seriously thanks for reminding me about the visualization, I was trying to figure out WHY I was not having problems losing weight earlier this year and am now, other than like I’m not moving and eat too much and quit smoking almost. other than that.

It’ll be great if you can do this upon waking up every morning:
1. Visualize yourself having a conversation with someone in English.
2. Let it be with different people each time (friends, family, colleague, the shopkeeper, etc.)
Do this every single day or as often as possible. You’ll be surprised of what comes along after that. Remember the saying “When the student is ready, the teacher will arrive”?
