That’s funny I was just thinking of positive visualization (actually I was having a pity party and told myself to snap out of it) when I was going back to sleep this morning. Hubby had to get up @ 5 am. Anyway I’m in a much better mood now. And good things happen to people in good moods and if bad things happen it’s not so bad anyway! But bad things won’t happen, no no no.

Great list, I’ll take a minute, or a moment is more accurate, through the day and then if I catch myself getting negative while I go to sleep that is a GREAT time for me to visualize and leads to more pleasant dreams I think?

I think you need to visualize a nice big fat check for yourself and me weighing say 115, I won’t get greedy, of course I haven’t weighed that since 1992 and maybe once in 2001 for like 2 days.
Seriously thanks for reminding me about the visualization, I was trying to figure out WHY I was not having problems losing weight earlier this year and am now, other than like I’m not moving and eat too much and quit smoking almost. other than that. - Parking Ticket – How to Visualise Not Getting it
I think my dad was the best @ visualization, he drove fast over 70 years and never got a ticket or had a wreck till he ran in someones yard and we made him quit driving @ 85. Anyway I do think the visualization does work, never thoiught of it for a parking ticket?
