That’s funny I was just thinking of positive visualization (actually I was having a pity party and told myself to snap out of it) when I was going back to sleep this morning. Hubby had to get up @ 5 am. Anyway I’m in a much better mood now. And good things happen to people in good moods and if bad things happen it’s not so bad anyway! But bad things won’t happen, no no no.

Great list, I’ll take a minute, or a moment is more accurate, through the day and then if I catch myself getting negative while I go to sleep that is a GREAT time for me to visualize and leads to more pleasant dreams I think?

@TC, Come to think of it, yes I do tend to have better dreams when I visualize good stuff before dozing off. Thanks for making me aware of that Teresa
Personally I prefer shower and bus. I have a tendency to forget everything just before I’m about to sleep.
